What are the return conditions and to which address do I send my return?
To return your products within the first 14 days, you must print out the cancellation form, fill it in and put it in the package. You can find the form under the "Cancellation Policy". The return address is also included in the form. If you have any further questions, please contact our support (email: info@manbert.at) and we will help you!
How do I cancel or change my order?
A cancellation or change to your order is only possible if a shipping confirmation has not yet been sent to you. To do so, simply contact our customer service by email: info@manbert.at. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, we can no longer make any changes as the package is already on its way to you.
How can I track my order?
With the shipping confirmation of your order you will receive the DHL tracking number and can track your package.
